Story review makes it easy to get feedback from anyone who needs a say in your Story (business owners, SMEs, customers, or teammates) without sending versions back and forth. You can invite reviewers by email or share a review link, and they can watch your Story and leave comments without needing a We Are license or a Creator seat.
Inviting reviewers by email
Open your Story and select Share in the top-right corner.
Choose Story Review.
In Invite by email, enter one or more email addresses (separate them with commas), then select Invite.
Reviewers will receive an invitation to view and comment on your Story. The link expires after 14 days.
Sharing a review link
If you’d rather share a single link, you can create a review link instead.
Open your Story and go to Share → Story Review.
Under Invite by link, select Create link.
The copied link is now ready to be shared with your reviewers.
Review links expire after 14 days, so if someone tries to open it later, you would need to create a new one.
How reviewers leave comments
Before reviewers can start, they’ll be asked to enter a few details to join the review.
Enter the Story
Reviewers fill out their email and name, then select Enter Story.
Once they’re in, they can leave comments in two helpful ways:
Option A: Comment while watching (Play view)
Reviewers can play through the Story and leave feedback as they go. You will see their comments in the node map.
Option B: Comment directly on the node map
Reviewers can switch to the nodemap to see the full flow and add comments on specific nodes. Here they are only allowed to watch the node map, add comments and preview, they are not able to delete or change text.
All feedback is collected in the Comments panel, so it’s easy to track what’s been said and where it applies.
