Import/export lets Enterprise creators turn a We Are Story into a single .wa file, making it much easier to share. You can send it to a teammate, make updates in another Enterprise workspace, and share latest version back, without rebuilding the Story from scratch.
What you can do with a .wa file
A .wa file is a downloadable version of a single Story that you can later import into another Enterprise workspace.
A few things to keep in mind:
You can export any given Story as a .wa file.
You can import that .wa file into any Enterprise workspace you have access to.
Before you start
Make sure you’re signed into the workspace that contains the Story you want to export.
Make sure you have access to the Enterprise workspace you want to import into.
Exporting a Story as a .wa file
Go to your Stories page and find the Story you want to export.
Click the three dots (⋯) on the Story tile.
Select Export. The .wa file will automatically download to your device.
Importing Stories
Go to your Stories page and choose Import story.
Select the .wa file you want to upload from your device.
If you want to change the story language or swap any characters during the import, select Swap, then choose the language or character you want to replace
Select Import Story to confirm.
After a few moments, your Story will appear in your Stories list with '(imported)' next to the story name.
