Creating presenter videos with AI Studio

Presenter videos let you turn an image or existing We Are scene into a talking presenter.

Presenter videos let you turn an image or existing We Are scene into a talking presenter. Simply add a script, choose a voice and language, and AI Studio will bring your presenter to life.

Let me show you how to create your first presenter video.

1) Creating a presenter video from an image

You can animate an image of a real person, a We Are character, or a human version of a We Are character.

  1. Open AI Studio from the left-hand menu, select Generate new, and choose Presenter video.

  2. Upload the image you want to animate. Make sure you have permission to use the image.

  3. Enter the script you want your presenter to say.

  4. Choose the voice and language for your video.

  5. Review the estimated credit cost and select Generate video.

  6. Your video will start generating. You can leave AI Studio and continue working while it processes.
    ​

2) Creating a presenter video from a scene

You can also use a scene you've already created in We Are.

  1. Open AI Studio, select Generate new, and choose Presenter video.

  2. Choose Scene, then select the scene and character you want to animate.

  3. Adjust the character's position and the direction they're looking.

  4. Enter your script and choose a voice and language.

  5. Review the estimated credit cost and select Generate video.

3) Finding and downloading your video

Once your video has finished generating, you can find it in your AI Studio dashboard.

Open your completed session to preview or download the video.

4) Adding your presenter video to a Story

AI Studio works separately from the Story editor, so you'll need to download your video before adding it to your Story.

  1. Download your completed presenter video from AI Studio.

  2. Open the new or existing Story where you want to use it.

  3. Add or open a poster node, then upload your downloaded video.
    ​

5) Editing or regenerating a presenter video

If you want to make changes, you can reopen your session and regenerate the video.

  1. Open your existing session from the AI Studio dashboard.

  2. Update the image or scene, script, voice, or language.

  3. Select Regenerate to create a new version.

Regenerating uses additional credits, so check the estimated cost before continuing.

How many credits does it cost?

Presenter videos use approximately 100 credits per minute, based on the final video length. You can review the estimated credit cost before generating.

Troubleshooting

My video is still a draft or won't generate

Try opening the existing draft and generating it again. If that doesn't work, create a new AI Studio session and repeat the workflow.

If the issue continues, contact support with a screenshot of the error and details about the image or scene, voice, and language you selected.

I left AI Studio while my video was generating

You don't need to keep AI Studio open. Return to the AI Studio dashboard to find your session. If it doesn't appear, refresh the page and check again.


​My video doesn't look or sound right

Open the session and review your image or scene, script, voice, and language. Make your changes and select Regenerate.


​I can't add my video to a Story

Download the completed video from AI Studio first, then upload it to a poster node in your Story.
