In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to publish a Story created in We Are into an Articulate Rise 360 course. This process allows you to embed and share interactive Story content seamlessly within your courses.

Step-by-step instructions

Step 1: Publish your Story

Before embedding the Story into Articulate Rise 360, ensure it has been published and is accessible. Follow these steps:

1. Go to We Are and open the Story you want to publish.

2. Click on the Publish button, then copy the Story URL. The URL will have a format similar to https://play.wearelearning.io/play/yourStoryID.

Example: https://play.wearelearning.io/play/0zoONzx (as shown in the image).

Step 2: Create a multimedia embed block

Now that your Story is published, you can embed it into your Rise 360 course:

1. Open your Articulate Rise 360 course.

2. In the Block Library, navigate to the Multimedia section and select the Embed block.

3. Add the Embed block to your course where you’d like the Story to appear.

Refer to the screenshots to see the Embed block option and how it appears once added.

Step 3: Add the Story URL

Once you’ve added the Embed block:

1. Click Edit in the block to open the embed editor.

2. Paste the Story URL (copied in Step 1) into the provided URL field.

3. Hit Enter to embed the content.

Step 4: Save the changes

After embedding the Story, don’t forget to Save your course changes in Articulate Rise 360.

Step 5: Export as SCORM (Optional)

If you’re using an LMS, you may want to export the Rise 360 course as a SCORM package:

1. Click the Export option in Rise 360.

2. Select SCORM as your export format.

3. Upload the SCORM file to your LMS to deploy the course.

Tip: The embedded Story will function directly within Rise 360, providing an interactive experience for your learners without needing to leave the course. Use the Embed block for a seamless integration of multimedia content.
