Introduction
Integrating We Are with Storyboard / Learning Center allows you to seamlessly incorporate engaging stories into your LMS and track user completions. In this step-by-step guide, we will walk you through the process of setting up this integration for a more interactive learning experience.
Step 1: Activate Storyboard / Learning Center integration in We Are
As an Admin on an Enterprise plan account you may choose to activate the integration. Do the following:
1. Go to Integrations (select your account in the top right corner)
2. Select "New Integration"
3. In the Dropdown menu, select Storyboard / Learning Center
4. Set the name for integration, i.e. ("Our LMS")
Step 2: Share the Story
1. Select the Story you want to share
2. Choose Share via Integration and select Storyboard / Learning Center
3. Copy the link, i.e. https://play.wearelearning.io/?play=nqGxVP3
Step 3: Embed Story into Storyboard / Learning Center
1. Select the course inside your LMS where you would like to add the We Are Story
2. Use Waffel to activate the toolbar inside the course
3. Select "+" to see the course structure and select "Add page":
4. Select template «xapi/Scorm” template:
5. Select from dropdown the “External CMI 5 Url” in the list (if this is not available contact Storyboard support):
6. Set Title name. It will be visible in the course menu
7. Launch mode can be kept as "Default"
8. Paste the Play URL from We Are, i.e. https://play.wearelearning.io/?play=nqGxVP3
9. Save the page.
Success: Learners will now see that learning content from We Are will be unchecked prior to launching and completing it. Following completion, it will be marked with a checkmark.
